Jean-Claude Van Damme has just returned to LA from Bangkok and Hong Kong
18 February, 2005
Jean-Claude Van Damme has just returned to LA from Bangkok and Hong Kong after being a special guest at the Bangkok International Film Festival where he had the pleasure of meeting Joel Schumacher, Michael Douglas, and Jeremy Irons.
He was there to do his part and to lend his support to the Tsunami Relief Efforts. His thoughts and prayers go out to all the people who were affected by this Tsunami. Rest assured, that Jean-Claude Van Damme has strong beliefs that the beautiful country of Thailand will again be restored.
Jean-Claude then continued his trip to Hong Kong with all its mysteries. Fascinating, cultural Hong Kong has always been a special place for Jean-Claude, as this is where he really got it all going.
Plus, he just loves Chinese food - especially the steamed fish.
He is now putting the final touches on his next film, and we will announce it right here to you as soon as the ink has dried. Expect some really great news on this one, as it will be a positive shocker, we promise you. It will be supported by one of the biggest studios in Hollywood, so hold on to your hats.
He is, of course, still training hard and his eating habits are right on target, as he has to be ready to go at the drop of a hat when this new film kicks off. He asks that you do the same. Train hard and eat healthy. Remember, a healthy body is a healthy mind.
Jean-Claude will be featured on the front cover of N.A.P.M.A., which stands for North American Professional Martial Artists magazine which comes out in April. The interview was done a couple of months ago in Jean-Claude's living room. He tells a great deal about how he became a star in the action film business and the chain of events that happened to catapult him to the top of the list.
