Van Damme joins French Big Brother

By agreement dated February 18, 2003 the Company Yaletown Entertainment has acquired from Giants Entertainment Inc., Nevada, and David Dadon the rights to produce the first sequel to the theatrical feature film Replicant for a consideration of US$500,000 (C$780,000) payable by the issuance of 2,228,000 free trading shares from treasury. Replicant, an action thriller, was directed by Ringo Lam and starred Jean Claude Van Damme and Michael Rooker. Upon completion of the first Replicant sequel, the Company will thereafter have the right to produce alternating sequential sequels. There's no news that Jean Claude will star in a sequel. Time will tell.
